BIG-IP 11.2.1 HF1 released

F5 is excited to announce the release of BIG-IP 11.2.1 HF1. While there are no new features in this release, it does improve upon the BIG-IP 11.2.1 branch with increased stability. F5 recommends upgrading from any version of 11.2.1 to 11.2.1 HF1. This release contains:

*Stabilization fixes
*Security patches

BIG-IP 11.2.1 released

“…F5 is excited to announce the release of BIG-IP 11.2.1. Version 11.2.1 provides support for the new BIG-IP 4000 platform, in addition to numerous stability enhancements. This release also introduces native SSL support for Ephemeral Diffie-Hellman (EDH), connection rate-limiting for virtual servers, nodes, and pool members, and a more usable device management interface.

BIG-IP version 11.2.0 includes:

BIG-IP Vulnerability CVE-2012-1493

A platform-specific remote access vulnerability has been discovered that may allow a remote user to gain privileged access to affected systems using SSH. The vulnerability is caused by a configuration error, and is not the result of an underlying SSH defect.
